His Excellency Prof. Dr. Jozef Klimko DrSc., Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Austria and the Director of the Slovak institute in Vienna, Mgr. Teodora Chmelová opened the exhibition "Owls, a symbol of education and wisdom" (presentation of a collection of owl artifacts of Mrs. Zdenka Kukanová).

Vernissage was held on the 17th of May 2006 in the presence of the owner of the collection and her husband, His Excellency Eduard Kukan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic at Slovak institue, Wipplinger Strasse 24-26, 1010 Vienna.
